Terms of Service

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access our services.

SCHEMAStudio provides web design, development, and SEO setup services for local businesses. The specific details, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate statement of work or proposal.

Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, imagery, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline extensions.

Payment schedules are defined in your individual project agreement. Generally, an upfront deposit is required to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before final handover.

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content. SCHEMAStudio retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed.

Our plans include dedicated rounds of revisions. Any structural or design changes requested after final approval may incur additional hourly fees.
